Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available

Compensation: $27–$35 per hour + Bonuses + Overtime

What You’ll Do

  • Respond promptly to residential electrical service calls.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues with professionalism and expertise.
  • Perform service changes, upgrades, rewiring, and panel upgrades/swaps.
  • Maintain proper equipment and truck inventory to maximize efficiency.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate clearly with customers, explaining work performed and next steps.
  • Attend weekly meetings and training sessions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Texas Journeyman or Wireman license – required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Positive attitude, strong communication, and customer service skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally over 100 lbs.
