Now Hiring: Customer Service Lead

What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming customer calls and book appointments with confidence.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule service visits.
• Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction after completed jobs.
• Work closely with dispatch and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Keep calm under pressure and maintain a professional, friendly tone at all times.
• Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service.
• Accurately document customer interactions and appointment details.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Contribute to team goals by consistently meeting performance expectations.
• Help improve customer-handling procedures by identifying process gaps.
• Assist in training new team members and generating internal reports.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• At least 90 days of current employment with no recent disciplinary action
• Solid attendance record

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or college degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $19/hr +(based on experience)
