Stan’s is hiring motivated Building Performance Installers to join our growing HVAC team in Austin! Help improve energy efficiency for homeowners while building a rewarding career in the trades.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform ductwork installation, insulation, and weatherization tasks
• Conduct building performance assessments
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain a clean job site and company vehicle
• Work Saturdays during peak season (summer)

What You’ll Need:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Comfort using ladders (up to 28’) and working in confined spaces
• Willingness to learn and invest in your tools
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
