Stan’s Heating & Air Conditioning LLC, one of central Texas' largest and most respected HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service providers, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our growing team. Position Overview
In this newly created role, the Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist will collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments in alignment with company policies and procedures. Position Details:
- Location: In-Office Position
- Salary: $20.00 - $23.00/hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Match vendor invoices and credit memos with purchase orders and prepare for payment.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
- Monitor and clear outstanding receipts/returns on a monthly basis.
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members.
- Assist the finance team with other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or related position.
- Proficiency with Excel & MS Office is essential.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable handling high volumes of transactions while adhering to deadlines.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with others across departments.
- Experience with Sage Intacct or Service Titan is a plus, but not required.
