**?? What You’ll Do:**
- **Diagnose & Repair:** Identify and fix HVAC component failures with precision.
- **Test & Install:** Perform thorough testing of HVAC systems in new homes to ensure flawless operation.
- **Communicate & Educate:** Provide clear, professional options to customers for repair or replacement needs.
- **Technical Expertise:** Braze HVAC mechanical equipment, wire low voltage components, and handle basic electrical repairs.

**? What We’re Looking For:**
- **Skills:** Strong diagnostic abilities and experience with various HVAC equipment.
- **Certification:** EPA Type II certification is a must.
- **Experience:** 1+ years in HVAC service preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- **Attributes:** Resourceful, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
