Essential Job Functions:

  • Follow Stan's Service System for top-notch customer experience, aiming for positive reviews, referrals, and repeat business.
  • Meet personal productivity targets, contributing to team and branch goals, achieving core KPIs.
  • Maintain and enhance technical skills, offering multiple solutions to customers based on thorough system evaluation.
  • Clearly explain recommended solutions, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction.
  • Perform service, repair, installation, or replacement of plumbing systems, meeting code requirements.
  • Maintain communication with customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the service call.
  • Provide operation and maintenance guidance to customers, collect payments, and request online reviews.
  • Utilize company-provided tablet and software, coordinate with Dispatchers and Service Manager, address follow-up questions.
  • Uphold company image through professional appearance and behavior, attend training and meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Master or Journeyman's license required.
  • Strong customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to maintain a well-inventoried service truck.
  • Adaptability to changing business practices and customer needs, willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to handle invoicing, timesheets, and paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and drive safely at all times.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
